The Warm Springs Merchants Association presents their annual "Star-Spangled Saturday" patriotic event on Saturday, June 25. The parade will kick off at 11 AM at the driveway of the Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for Rehabilitation and travel east down Broad Street and south on Spring Street. Children are invited to decorate their bicycles, strollers, and wagons and join the parade from the parking lot at Dinner’s Ready by Chad. The Coweta Falls Chapter Sons of the American Revolution will lead off the parade and present the colors and a rifle salute, followed by a flyover of vintage planes. Free watermelon courtesy of the Warm Springs Fruit Stand will be at the city park. The Peachtree City Corvette Club will present a "Cruise-In" and they invite visitors to view their cars parked at the market area at Spring & Broad immediately following the parade. www.WarmSpringsGA.com and www.MeriwetherTourism.com
