There is something magical about live theater and it can introduce a whole new world of storytelling and imagination in kids, especially in this digital age. Luckily, there are numerous opportunities to experience a live performance this year.
Locally, there are several community theaters which offer first class performances including the Henry Players (McDonough) Main Street Players (Griffin), and the Front Porch Players (Jonesboro). If you or your child have the acting bug, there are also many opportunities to audition with these companies and the Henry Players even has a summer camp.
