This summer we can off at the New Spivey Splash Water Park located at Clayton International Park next to the new Lake Spivey Recreation Center at 2300 Walt Stephens Rd Jonesboro, in just west of Stockbridge. Clayton County residents, nearby Henry County residents, and visitors from around the world will soon enjoy cooling off from the Atlanta heat while enjoying the lazy river, water slides, play areas and other state of the art attractions at the park.

"We are beyond excited to celebrate the completion of this Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST) funded quality of life project," stated Chief Operations Officer Detrick Stanford. "The new Spivey Splash Water Park also boasts a brand-new Nassau building, that includes showers, concessions and party rooms for special events.”
Clayton County District 4 Commissioner DeMont Davis and Clayton County Parks and Recreation Department will host a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Spivey Splash Water Park, located at 2300 Highway 138 SE Jonesboro, GA 30326, on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at 12 p.m.
"The Spivey Splash Water Park can easily be a premier destination spot for people around the world to enjoy,” says District 4 Commissioner DeMont Davis. “The extra time spent building and renovating this park was necessary to ensure the community is getting their one-cent sales tax worth. We want to reiterate that this park along with all other parks and facilities, is for all Clayton County citizens and visitors to our county."

Park Grand Opening
The Spivey Splash Water Park Grand Opening for the public is scheduled for Saturday, May 28, 2022, at 10 a.m. It will cost $5 per vehicle to enter the Clayton County International Park on grand-opening day. The entrance fee will include access to the fireworks show that will begin at dark.
Admission and Season Passes
The cost to enter the Spivey Splash Water Park is $13 for under 48” and $15 for over 48”. Season passes are available for purchase now - $50 for Clayton County residents, $75 for non-residents.
Clayton County Parks and Recreation is now offering season passes for the Spivey Splash Water Park. Passes can be purchased Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. at the International Park Sales Office, 2300 Highway 138, Jonesboro, GA, 30236.
