The Sloomoo Institute, Atlanta’s new all-ages destination for multi-sensory play through hand-crafted, artisanal slime will open doors at its new Buckhead location on Nov. 19, just in time to add more joy to the holiday season.

My children went through the slime stage and I think experiencing it outside the home is a GREAT idea! Let them get all the sensory satisfaction somewhere else. I will have to admit all the different types of slime, colors, and textures are pretty cool. If you are looking for ideas to keep the kids busy over the week-long Thanksgiving Break, you can add this outing to your toolbox of fun.

The NYC-born immersive attraction features a series of fantastical, interactive experiences that delight the senses of sight, touch, smell and sound, including a DIY bar that offers the opportunity to make more than four million different slime creations using 40 colors, 150 charms and 60 scents, featuring fruits, florals and more. Other features include dozens of slime vats for interactive play; “Sloomoo Falls,” where visitors can stand under a waterfall of slime; “Lake Sloomoo,” which provides 350 gallons of slime to walk on after sanitizing feet; a Yayoi Kusama Obliteration Room-inspired “Slime Wall”; Kinetic Sand® "Doons"; ASMR experiences; soundscapes; scent exploration; immersive videos; AR surprises and more.
