Unprecedented times call for unprecedented care—and all care starts with self-care. We’ll look into the data and practical ways moms can build systems into their lives to take care of themselves first.

Reimagining the Workplace: How to Put Moms First at Work

Balancing work, home and family is becoming even more challenging post-pandemic—and so the workplace must respond accordingly with better benefits and a more family-friendly culture. Moms need benefits that meet their needs at all stages of the parenthood journey, whether they’re fertility planning, currently pregnant, returning to work after maternity leave, or dealing with postpartum or losses. And they need support that helps them thrive at work. We’ll look into what companies are doing for moms, what you can ask for and how you can make it all work for you.

Features Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., president and CEO of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management); Blessing Adesiyan, founder and CEO of Mother Honestly; Amy Nelson, founder and board member of the Riveter; and Dave Nichols, head, state and local Corporate and Government Relations for EMD Serono.
