Want to make mom feel extra special this Mother's Day? I surveyed local moms for favorite Mother’s Day gifts or ways to spend the day, It’s clear there are many preferences. Moms said they want:

It was interesting to note there was little interest in flowers, though one mom looks forward to a new plant every year. To really make mom feel special, do what speaks to her love language and needs. maybe start the day with breakfast in bed and some special family time and then give her time along while the kids and dad help clean up or make dinner.
