We're looking forward to a bright year ahead in McDonough, Georgia. There is so much to do around our area. Since we moved here in August 2021, we have enjoyed exploring the area and checking out restaurants, shopping, festivals, and attractions in McDonough, Stockbridge, Hampton, Locust Grove, Griffin, and Jackson. We want to experience even more of the attractions, small towns, and outdoor destinations in Henry county, Spalding County and Butts county. Some of you may be new to the area like me, and some may have lived here your whole life but have you ever been a tourist in your hometown?
To help make all the things we want to see and do a reality, I created a Local Experience Bucket List. Throughout 2022, we plan to experience these 35 great things to do in Southeast Metro Atlanta. I've included things I find fun and want to do myself or on a girl's night out, date nights I'd like to go on with my husband, and fun outings for the whole family. I hope it helps inspire you and your family to intentionally get out and explore our local towns in 2022!
