If you answered yes to any of the above, McDonough-Stockbridge Macaroni Kid wants you! We are looking to expand our editorial selection and to build a team of contributing writers... and we want you to be a part of it!
Guest writers may submit an article on any topic of their choosing, geared toward an audience of families with children. Content must refer to places within our area, the greater Atlanta area or within a day trip of Atlanta. Ideal article length is between 3-5 paragraphs; lists are great too!
Aside from potentially having their writing published on our website and e-newsletter, from time to time, our regular contributors may be asked to participate in specific writing assignments which may include product, venue, restaurant or event reviews and be provided complimentary tickets, items or admissionfor the purpose of such a review.
Submission does not guarantee publishing and timing will depend on our editorial calendar. All content is subject to final editing by McDonough-Stockbridge Macaroni Kid.
To submit your article, email the content along with title and byline, to StephanieHines@macaronikid.com. A photo or graphic to go with the article is preferable and greatly increases the chances of the article being published; any images submitted must be able to be shared without risk of copyright infringement.
Additional part-time positions are also open including advertising sales, data entry, and social media contributors.
